Here's how you can do it:
Access Leads Journey:
Navigate to the Automation section in your dashboard.
Create a New Stage:
Click on Create New Stage.
Name the Stage: Enter a descriptive name that reflects the stage of the lead (e.g., "Initial Contact," "Qualified Lead").
Set Statuses: Choose or create statuses that are relevant to this stage (e.g., "Contacted," "Interested").
Click Save to create the stage.
Edit or Delete Stages:
You can manage existing stages by selecting them from the list.
Edit: Update the name, description, or statuses.
Delete: Remove a stage if it's no longer needed.
Note : You can not detele a stage that contains active statues
Add Up to 10 Stages:
You can create and manage up to 10 different stages, allowing for a detailed and customized leads journey.
Test Your Stages:
After setting up the stages, you can test them by running a mock lead through the journey.
Adjust the stages or statuses as needed based on your sales process.
This setup helps you keep track of leads at every step, ensuring no opportunity slips through the cracks.
Select to begin managing stages.
