Assign Lead to Agent/Team Member

Allocate a lead to a specific agent or team member for follow-up

• To assign team member

  1. Navigate to the "Leads" section.

  2. Select the lead you want to assign.

  3. Click on "Assign"

1. Choose the agent or team member/s from the list.

2. Click "Save" to complete the process.
