Step-by-Step Guide
Log In to Your Account
Start by into The String platform with your credentials.
Navigate to Customer Management
From the dashboard, go to the "" section where all your customer data is stored.
Select the Customers to Export
Filter or Search: Use the search bar or advanced filters to find specific customers you want to export.
Select All or Specific Entries: You can choose to export all customers or only a selected group. Click on the checkboxes next to the customer names to select them.
Click on "Export"
Look for the "Export" button, usually located at the top or bottom of the customer list.
Choose Export Format
A pop-up window will appear asking you to choose the file format for the export, such as CSV or Excel. Select your preferred format.
Download the File
After configuring your settings, click on "Export" or "Download." The system will generate the file and prompt you to save it to your computer.
Review the Exported Data
Once downloaded, open the file to ensure that all necessary information has been correctly exported.
