How to Export Customers on The String

Exporting customer data can help you analyze, back up, or share information across different platforms. Here's how you can easily export your customer data from The String platform.

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Log In to Your Account

    • Start by into The String platform with your credentials.

  2. Navigate to Customer Management

    • From the dashboard, go to the "" section where all your customer data is stored.

  3. Select the Customers to Export

    • Filter or Search: Use the search bar or advanced filters to find specific customers you want to export.

    • Select All or Specific Entries: You can choose to export all customers or only a selected group. Click on the checkboxes next to the customer names to select them.

  1. Click on "Export"

    • Look for the "Export" button, usually located at the top or bottom of the customer list.

  2. Choose Export Format

    • A pop-up window will appear asking you to choose the file format for the export, such as CSV or Excel. Select your preferred format.

  1. Download the File

    • After configuring your settings, click on "Export" or "Download." The system will generate the file and prompt you to save it to your computer.

  2. Review the Exported Data

    • Once downloaded, open the file to ensure that all necessary information has been correctly exported.

Additional Tips

  • Automate Exports: If you need regular exports, consider setting up automated exports that deliver the data to your email or cloud storage.

  • Secure Your Data: Always make sure to handle exported customer data securely, especially if it contains sensitive information.
