Managing customer profiles allows you to access, update, and keep track of important client information such as contact details, documents, and activity logs.

Managing customer profiles allows you to access, update, and keep track of important client information such as contact details, documents, and activity logs.

Go to the "" section. This is usually found in the main navigation menu.
Browse or use the search bar to find the specific customer whose profile you wish to manage.
Click on the customer’s name or profile to open their detailed information page.
View Basic Information
On the customer's profile page, you will see their basic information, such as email, phone number, and address.
Check the "Activities" section to see a log of actions related to this customer, like when their profile was created.
Add or Manage Documents
To add documents related to the customer, click on the "Documents" section.
Click on "Add Documents" to upload new files. No files will be displayed here if none have been added yet.
Update or Edit Information
If you need to update the customer’s information, look for an "Edit" button on the profile page.
Make the necessary changes, such as updating their email, phone number, or address, and save.
Delete the Profile
Managing customer profiles efficiently ensures that all relevant client information is up-to-date and easily accessible for your team.
If the customer is no longer active, you may have the option to delete their profile. by. clicking on the action options and chose delete.
