How to Add a New Customer on The String

Expanding your customer base is essential for business growth. Here's how you can add a new customer to The String platform, whether by converting leads or importing data.

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Log In to Your Account

    • Start by into The String platform with your credentials.

  2. Navigate to Customer Management

    • From the dashboard, go to the "" section.

Option 1

Convert Leads to Customers

  • Select the Lead: Find the lead you wish to convert and click on it.

Option 2

Import Customers

  • Prepare Your Data: Ensure your customer data is formatted correctly in a CSV or Excel file.

  • Click on "Import Customers": In the "Customer Management" section, find the "Import Customers" button.

  • Upload Your File: Follow the prompts to upload your file and map the data fields correctly.

  • Review and Save: After importing, review the data to ensure everything is accurate, then save the new customers to your list.

Verify the Addition

  • Finally, check that the new customers appear in your customer list. You can search or filter to confirm their details are correctly entered.
