Overview:
Forms can be used to capture new leads from various sources such as social media, ads, SEO, by on your website. Each form will be linked to The String platform. Once you embed the form on your website or ad landing page, it will appear to your website visitors or ad visitors. When they fill it out, they will be listed as new contacts in your contact database. You can then manage contacts by assigning them to agents or branches, and you can create campaigns (emails or SMS).
If you need to create a form quickly, you can create a new form with options to choose link form name + source + branches + and agent.
Assign Contacts:
After the form is embedded and leads start filling it out, new contacts will appear in your .

Create a New Form:
Form Name: "Spring Sale Leads"
Source: Social Media
Branch: Downtown
Assigned Agent: John Doe
Edit Components and Layout:
Add components: Input (Name), Input (Email), Number (Phone), Date (Birthday)
Organize the layout for user-friendly interaction.
Save and Embed:
Save the form.
Generate the embed code (Javascript).
Copy and paste the code into your landing page.
Assign and Manage Contacts:
View new contacts in the contact database.
Assign contacts to agents or branches as needed.
Create a Campaign:
Navigate to Campaigns.
Create an email campaign targeting the new contacts from the "Spring Sale Leads" form.
Design the email, schedule, and send it.
